Meditation involves the practice of a self-aware mind to anchor the cosmic energy and reaches a state of mental silence, hence a total state of physical, psychological and spiritual calmness, awareness and relaxation. In TCM, it refers to the connection of inner micro-energy to the universal macro-cosmic energy to maintain the balance of  Yin & Yang in the Body, Mind & Soul for good health and well-being.
