Tai Chi promotes a calm mind and a relative balance of Yin & Yang

Most of us have had clustered thoughts at some point.  Whether you’re trying to control the anxious mind during the night between 11pm to 3am or you are struggling to cope with some over demanding works during the day, this mind struggling points out that our autonomic nervous system and its dual regulations are out of their sync in the body.

Tai Chi is a form of gentle body exercise that focuses on the body Qi flow and regulates the body’s dual autonomic nervous systems. Therefore, it brings you back into the present moment and calms your mind effectively.  It is good to practice this gentle body exercise 1 hour before bedtime or in the morning to let your body, mind and soul connect with each other harmoniously, and thus enabling your body to remain in its relative homeostasis, in its Yin Yang state of balance.
